Hi! Welcome to my site :) I'm a yogini, health nut, artist, animal lover, homemaker, and adventure seeker. 


I am 200 ERTY & 500 RYT. I 'm interested in nutrition  (I am not a certified dietician or nutritionist!) but I like to share what works for me along with recipes I've created or just really enjoyed. I've completed a course in functional nutrition and I'm a big believer that we should be using food as a way to create and maintain healthy bodies. I also believe that life's too short not to eat that cupcake... you can eat your cake and be healthy too :) 


Yoga is a huge part of my life, on and off the mat. When I'm not teaching, I can be found painting, putting my green thumb to use around the house, snuggling with my dog and husband, planning the next adventure, or making something delicious in the kitchen.
